All adventurers are required to complete a Liability Waiver. During your Adventure Sign Up you will download a PDF copy to sign and attach to the sign up form.

By participating in any adventure organized by Chasing Adventure Travels (hereinafter referred to as “Chasing Adventure”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

I, the participant, acknowledge that adventure travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injuries (including but not limited to sprains, fractures, or more severe injuries).
• Environmental risks (including but not limited to weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and natural disasters).
• Travel-related risks (including but not limited to transportation accidents, lost or delayed belongings, or illness).
• Risks associated with the actions or negligence of other participants.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in activities organized by Chasing Adventure.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Chasing Adventure, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands of whatever kind, arising from or related to my participation in activities. This includes but is not limited to:

• Personal injury, illness, or death.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Any and all other claims of negligence or breach of duty.

I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate in the activities for which I am registering. I am responsible for consulting with a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to safely participate.

I understand that Chasing Adventure does not provide personal health, accident, or travel insurance. I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for my needs.

I agree to follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided by Chasing Adventure and its representatives. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.

I grant Chasing Adventure the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless I notify Chasing Adventure in writing prior to the trip.

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state of] Wisconsin, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Port Washington, Wisconsin.

This document represents the entire agreement between Chasing Adventure and the participant. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing this waiver, I certify that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions. I fully accept the risks involved and release Chasing Adventure from any and all liability.

At Chasing Adventure Travels, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for all our participants. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established the following refund policy regarding deposits:

Deposits are fully refundable for up to 48 hours after payment is received. If you wish to cancel within this time frame, please contact us in writing via email at info@chasingadventuretravels.com to request a refund.

After the initial 48-hour period, all deposits become non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy allows us to secure necessary arrangements and maintain the quality of our services.

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Chasing Adventure Travels. Supporting documentation may be required, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Final payment deadlines and their respective refundability will be outlined in the trip agreement and vary depending on the adventure selected.
