1st Deposit Due
Nonrefundable deposits are listed on each Adventure detail page, usually 50% of the total cost.
Complete Your Adventure Profile
You'll receive a link to submit a profile that introduces you to the group - don't worry, it's short and sweet!
Group WElcome
You'll receive group adventure profiles and an invitation to the group messaging app with your Guide. Then, the group will meet virtually to say hello and discuss any pertinent trip information.
2nd deposit due
2nd nonrefundable deposit completes your full trip cost and secures your accommodations.
Get Ready
Book your airfare with recommended arrival/departure times (see your adventure itinerary for details)
Your adventure guide will share exclusive packing lists, gear guides, and necessary preparations.
The group will make any final decisions for accommodations, food, or excursions.

Costs for optional excursions, personal and incidental expenses are your responsibility.
Any group or individual payment-sharing during the trip will happen through Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or cash. Checks are not accepted without approval from your Guide.
